Exploring Mt Pinatubo

After all those suggestions, my friends and I decided that our next tour destination would be Mt Pinatubo. So before our trip, I went home last June 7 to inquire for the cost of our tour. By googling it, I gathered some information on what would be the cost. Well, I decided to visit the place itself and hoping that I might get low cost budget for our trip.
From Dau terminal, I rode a mini-bus to Capas which cost me about 20 pesos. Then, from capas you'll cross street and you will find a tricycle terminal which would cost you around 200-300 pesos to get to barangay Sta. Juliana. But straight ahead, there is a jeepney terminal which costs only 22 to Patling. Then, you still need a tricycle to barangay Sta. Juliana which i think costs 30-60 pesos i guess. We had rented the trike to the Spa Town and to the starting point of going to Mt Pinatubo.

Here are some pictures....

The small mountain in the middle which is covered in clouds is the Mt Pinatubo

4x4 tracks, there are also some local residents who live near by.

I had the opportunity to talk to one of the 4x4 drivers to Mt Pinatubo. If you plan to go there, you could contact Mr. Pher Pangilinan (09094360878). Or you could go straight to PDC Spa town, there are a lot of 4x4 waiting there for all the tourists who would climb to Mt Pinatubo.
